St Albans, HertfordshireEverything was going ok at RDL until October 2019 when the former directors sold us to an incompetent outfit as soon as they took over the customer service levels dropped because of a very poor decision by the new owners because they let all the key people go and yes Covid 19 played a very little part in it. We started to lose our long-standing loyal customers because they had no point of contact and trying to move some of the contracts to other depots which failed miserably again another poor by senior board members. They bought in one of their contracts from one of their other depots as a smokescreen but all the time they never had any attention to building Rhys Davies consequently within a year they went into administration leaving a lot of very good people without jobs people that had been loyal for many years so sad for us all. So Goodbye and Good Luck to you all. Good riddance to The people who let this happen you all know who you are. Full of promises with no intention to fulfil them.
